One Day at a Time

We have been discussing change and transition over the last couple of weeks. Now that our minds are made up we know what we want to do how to do it we know when we want it done. This is a critical time during transition because when we are ready for change we usually want it right away! Waiting can cause a strain on the decision you made to change. During the time of waiting you can go back and fourth with yourself wondering do I even want too change? Am I capable of change? Are the people around me going to reject me if I change? This is a natural reaction because it's hard to wait and it's hard to seek the unfamiliar. It is absolutely worth the wait, worth being uncomfortable. You are worth it! Taking the short cut too change will never have a lasting effect. For example let's say your taking a multiple choice test, you just want to get it over with. You hate taking test your anxiety level is high your done over this thing. You start too choose random answers finish quick...

Accountability

Be Accountable...  I find myself reflecting ... Over the last few years so much has changed. I have changed. I am still changing. I think back to when change began. Those things that assisted me in changing assisted me in growing. First and for most nothing's possible without God without him I could achieve nothing. The moment I choose to become serious with God was the best change I ever made in my life. In doing that I learned the value of accouability. Let me take you on a little history journey with me.... Growing up I always found myself questioning things why do I have to look the way I look, why did I have the hair that I have, why couldn't I have the "perfect" family others had, why couldn't my family be rich. The list goes on and on ... I always had a desire to be something different than who I was.Often I was referred too as "boring".
